I can do just about anything you need Web-related. I can set up a host account for you, design your site, set up your site's back-end, maintain your site, and many other things.
Fees
I currently do not work by the hour. If you are interested, then you would contact me and tell me what you would need done. We could discuss it further and decide exactly what you will need to have done for you. I will take the amount of time and work required into consideration and come up for one flat rate. I will complete the job for the amount agreed upon. If at any point I need to do more work or spend more time than anticipated, I will not charge any extra unless you wanted to add something else to the site or there is some kind of problem on your end. But this would be discussed as well.
If you would need the site finished by a certain time, then please make certain that you tell me that explicitly. I tend to finish projects WELL ahead of time and have not had a problem with a dead-line. Upon contacting me the first time, I will give you more contact information so that it will be easier for you to contact me whenever you might need to. I am available most of the time and I ma flexible with making quick changes if you need them. I never leave anyone hanging when they are expecting to hear from me. My E-mail response times are very quick and I can be found on certain Instant Messengers most of the time.
Believe it or not, there are some things that I will do for free. If you have a question about how to do something HTML-wise, you can mail me your question and I will do what I can to help you. There are other things that I will do completely free if time permits. So feel free to use the contact page to get in touch with me.
Rejection
There are very few reasons why I would not take an offer. A few examples would be if someone wanted something (like a back-end solution) that I know I could not supply, time constraints are too tight and I know that I would not be able to make the dead-line, or if the site has to do with something that I am morally against. There are very few things that I would not want to design a site for, but if you want a racism site or a blatantly illegal site, please save yourself the trouble of contacting me.
